When most women go gyming and dieting to lose weight, there are some boney and skinny women who wish to put on weight. They feel dejected and suffer from inferiority

Secondly, you should not increase you calorie intake overnight. This might result in stomach problems, diarrhea etc. It is always recommended to prepare a diet chart and divide your eating regime into 5 quarters a day.
Include a lot of proteins in your diet in the form of pulses, beans, fishes, eggs, sprout etc. as that would help in building new muscles, retaining the health of the muscles, adding positive fat to the body and eventually increasing body weight.
If you are aiming at gaining weight, include more and more of high starch content foods like potatoes, rice, corn starch, tapioca etc. All these are rich in fats that are essential for cellular function, production of hormones, protection of vital organs and energy in the body. Don’t forget to include, fruits and vegetables in your ‘weight gain’ diet. They are the richest source of vitamins and minerals that have both health and weight gain implications.
Lastly, remember to keep checking your weight after a gap of every few days to see if your weight gain diet is really making a difference to your weight after all.
