Fix Your Hair Loss Problem !!!

Fix Your Hair Loss Problem

According to a recent study conducted by ABC News, nearly 35 million American men are losing their hair. That’s about half of all men. Sometimes this condition is temporary and is caused from stress or poor nutrition. However, like Donald Trump knows so well, hair loss can be permanent. If you’re not quite ready to accept your fate and turn in the awful comb-over for a smoothly shaved head, then these following tips are right up your alley. You should always consult a doctor if you’re worried about your hair loss having an underlying health condition, but there are plenty of home remedies that could work to restore hair regrowth.

Saw Palmetto
One thing that helps to regenerate hair growth in men is Saw Palmetto. This herb is rich in fatty acids and helps to promote the creation of testosterone within the body. Saw Palmetto has very little side effects. The most common one is gastrointestinal problems, but this can be avoided by taking the extract with food.

B12
Another smart approach to fighting hair loss is investing in a bottle of Vitamin B12. Vitamin B12, also known as cobalamin, is a water soluble vitamin that helps to maintain and grow hair. An additional vitamin worth looking into to prevent further hair loss is Vitamin E. This vitamin helps to improve blood circulation as well as grow hair back.

Stress
If you believe your hair loss is the result of prolonged stress, then you need to evaluate your life and invest in stress management skills. Is work consuming all of your time and energy? Try taking a vacation. If your stress is caused by your friends or girlfriend, sit them down for a talk and discuss your issues. Also try joining a gym, getting the recommended eight hours of sleep your body needs each night and eating a balanced diet.

Diet
Another culprit of hair loss can, in fact, be a poor diet. You should eat a balanced diet each day that is rich in proteins, vitamins (especially biotin) and minerals (mainly zinc). If you think that your hair loss is the effect of a poor diet, then try adding plenty of soybean, egg whites, white meat such as chicken and fish, nuts and veggies to your diet.

Hair loss in men could be hereditary but it could also be the cause of a number of different health factors including malnutrition and stress. If you are suffering from hair loss, try performing a self evaluation of your stress levels and food intake. If you can rule those two factors out, then you should schedule an appointment with your doctor to see if there could be any other reasons for your hair loss.
