1. Eat Right

3. Get Some Exercise
It goes without saying that without exercise you just can’t stay slim. Also, it is not mandatory to hit the gym in order to give your body some exercise. Playing any outdoor sport, dancing or jogging with vigour will also give all the exercise your body needs. If you are too busy to invest time just for exercising, then you can do some simple things like taking the stairs rather the elevator, pacing rather than walking etc.
4. Include Omega-3 Fats
Contrary to popular belief, not all fats are bad for your body. Omega-3 fats found in nuts, fish and flaxseed oil has proven beneficial in lowering risk of heart diseases and also raising the metabolism of the body. A high metabolism helps to maintain a lean and muscular physique.
5. Work out a Plan
In order to maintain a slim profile, you must work out a plan for yourself and stick by it. This plan would include your daily intake of calories, exercise regimen and foods that are to be preferred and avoided. You can consult a fitness expert to aid you in laying out your plan.
6. Work on Your Habits
Ultimately it is your habits on which your weight depends. Binging on food on certain occasions or skipping your exercise schedule will put you back to square one. Cultivating good habits may take time, but they go a long way in keeping your body healthy and fit.
