When you are tired and want to sleep, there is no one who might get upset that you want to be alone. If you want to let the dishes go for tonight, no problem.
-You get to pick what you are going to watch on the television or what movie you want to see. No more sitting through some movie or show just to please your partner. You are in control of the remote.
-No in-laws to deal with. Most of the drama in your partner's life comes from the in-laws. No more drama.
-If you are ambitious, you can focus on your career. You can work long hours if you please. You don't have to worry about balancing your time. You can work hard and play hard.
-You don't have to be responsible for anyone else's feeling. You can talk to others and not be judged later for some innocent remark you may have made. You don't have to worry about being indifferent, uncaring or cold. There will be no one to judge you. Rinse and repeat.
Once you realize how good being alone can be, you will be more relaxed when dating or even going out alone. You won't come off as desperate, but as someone who is happy and extremely self-confident. You won't need to know how to find love and romance, it will find you.
